What is it?
Rugby-In-Tuition is launching its first summer rugby programme from the 3rd August to the 1st September specialising in 1 to 1 and small group sessions for up-and-coming rugby players who want to enhance their abilities on the rugby field.

• These 1 hour sessions will be specified to player’s positions and work on key aspects of their skills, fitness and understanding to give them the edge going into the 2022/23 season.
• Based at Colchester Rugby Club, Rugby-In-Tuition will be using these fantastic facilities to ensure top quality coaching is delivered through fun and engaging activities

The Coach
Danny Whiteman is an experienced senior player, having completed his 13th season for the Colchester 1st team including Captaining the squad to their promotion in the 2021/22 season. He has been at the club since the age of six and played a season out in Australia at the age of 18. He predominantly plays in the back row but has found himself at hooker and has even been seen playing in the backs at scrum half and at centre.

He is an experienced PE teacher of 7 years and is a level 2 rugby coach and has taught and coached for the past 5 years at St Joseph’s College.  

What do I need to bring/prepare?
For a session any medical conditions must be declared and any medication should be kept nearby ( e.g. asthma pump and epi pen).
Please also bring a personal drink bottle to keep you hydrated, boots and trainers to suit the weather and terrain, and suitable sports clothing for outdoor sessions including rain jacket for wet weather.

Pricing  - all players must be in the U12 age group or older
