How to prove you are a paid up member and obtain the discounted entry price
You will need to have the Pitchero Club app on your smart phone
Once you have this log in using your credentials
Open the pitchero club app
Select the shopping cart symbol (bottom right)
The select the settings symbol (looks like a sprocket, top left)
Select purchase history
Then it will show you what you have paid for.

Explanation of roles on Pitchero
• Supporter - Supporters can subscribe to receive emails and push notifications from the club and complete payments to the club, Supporters can only view content posted publicly on the website
• Club Member - Club Members are not associated with a team and are often non-playing members who the club wish to allow access to privately posted content
• Player - Players are allocated to specific teams, and can then respond to availability and selection requests
• Parent - Parents are responsible for managing their child's unregistered account, including responding to availability and selection requests, messages and payments
• Coach - Coaches are allocated to specific teams and show on the team Squad page
If your role is listed as a supporter, in pitchero, then you do not pay a membership product therefore are not a club member, once you pay for a membership product within Pitchero you will be moved to a club member and received discounted entry to 1st XV games.

• Members £5 – please show your membership as above upon entry
• Non members £10
• 16 and under Free
Zero tolerance on abuse
All our customers have the right to be heard, understood and respected.
Our staff also have these same rights.
As an organisation, we have a zero-tolerance approach for abuse towards our staff.
We ask our staff to be polite, helpful and sensitive to your needs and circumstances.
We do not tolerate physical, verbal or written abuse of our staff. Please treat them with respect.
Aggressive, violent or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in you being asked to leave our facility. In extreme cases, we may contact the Police.
Unacceptable behaviour includes:
• using bad language or swearing at our staff
• intimidation or intimidatory behaviour
• any physical violence towards any member of staff, such as pushing or shoving
• verbal abuse towards our staff in any form, including verbally insulting our staff
• racial abuse and sexual harassment
• abusing staff on our social media channels
• and verbally abusing our staff on tele
