Behind the scenes your exec comittee have been working incredibly hard to prepare this club for a huge season - not only are our first team taking their place in national league rugby but 2025 sees our centenary year arrive.

100 years of rugby at Colchester - and we have some huge events planned to celebrate this fantastic milestone

Our pitches will soon be filled with the sound of rugby but before the season starts its the dreaded pre season for all our teams - the seniors take up the serious business of preparing for some stunning rugby, teams are coming together under the watchful eyes of coaches and it promises to be a season to remember from our 4 senior mens teams.

Our Iceni squad are rising to the challenge with pre season starting too and they have there eyes firmly focused on promotion - they like all our teams want new players so please do not hesitiate to email joinus@colchesterrugby.co.uk to join any of our teams.

Our Youth & mini sections are already doing summer activities on sunday mornings - a chance for the players to come together in warmer weather and enjoy fun activities, fitness challenges and hone those much needed skills before the season starts. Keeping the players fit and active is the name of the game for summer

Next week sees the annual RFU GMS reset which means its time to register/affiliate with CRFC for the coming season - please do not leave this until the last minute, get it done as soon as possible after the reset on the 1st July 2024. Please be aware that this is mandatory this year so dont avoid it.

Our membership products will also go live on our website next week as we look forward to the new season - although you dont need to pay until September the products will be live and if you do decide to pay early please do pay the right product

Youth membership for U13 to U16
U16 girls have their own membership
Colts for U17 & U18
Senior for those over 18
