
Parking
Parking for Blue badge holders and one space per age group for kit carriers
will be provided at the Club. Blue badges or permits will need to be shown on
the main entrance. All other vehicles are asked to park either at:
From the west or south

From the east

Please park respectfully – marshalls will be on hand to coordinate.
Dogs
Bury hve requested that no dogs attend the festival as it is a very busy day.
Food, Drink and Raffle
Food and drinks will be available on the day from either our bars, coffee van,
BBQ or sweet stall. Please enter the raffle for the opportunity to win some
great prizes. All proceeds are re-invested in the club!
Photography
Throughout the festival, DE Photos will be taking team and individual photos,
which will be available to purchase from their van at the event.
Welfare
Toilets can be found in the main club house, under the main stand and
adjacent to the first aid station on the top of the hill adjacent to the clubhouse
First Aid
First Aid provision will be provided by St John’s Ambulance who will be located
in the portable spaces building on the top of the hill on the left-hand side of the
clubhouse.
Programme
An online programme will be available on the day via a QR code. This will
contain the up to date age group pools and fixture listings.
Games
Kick off at 10:00 sharp, and U12s are expected to finish by 14:00
Our games are made up of 2 x 8 mins halves with a 2 mins break for half time.
