In a new initiative we recognise the people who keep our favourite club ticking over; outstanding volunteer award and our staff recognition award, chosen by Clubhouse Manager, Claire Seller.

"For the month of December, I am happy to announce that Laura Parker has been presented with our staff recognition award, entitling her and a guest to a free Sunday lunch at one of our local, friendly pubs, The Bricklayers. Many thanks to Anthony the Manager for kindly donating these vouchers.

Laura has played a vital role at the club for over three years now, making sure our website and social media outlets are kept up to date with the latest action on and off the field. She has also helped all of us with club and event promotions, producing tickets, posters and Facebook page events to help us promote what we do and without this, we wouldn’t be reaching anywhere near the number of members of the public as we currently do. Our sold out NYE and Fireworks nights are fantastic examples of how the right media promotion can increase our business rapidly.

Laura is always happy to help even when she is overwhelmed with other jobs and busy personal life and thus far, in my opinion, has yet to receive the public recognition she deserves. So thank you Laura for playing a vital role in our team of hard workers at CRFC and enjoy your meal."
