This week we throwback to CRFC's FIRST Fitness session for Parents & Club members

On Wednesday 5th October 2016 we held our first fitness session for Parents and Club members led by Strength and Conditioning coach Jim Elliot. It proved to be very popular and following the success of our second session held Yesterday, we are pleased to announce that the fitness session will be continuing on Wednesday evenings at 7pm.

So please come along and join in!
