Minutes of Annual General Meeting

Mini Chairman - Jon Smith
Treasurer - Maggie Whiteman (on behalf of Norman Gould)

The following were elected en bloc to serve on the Executive for the coming Year – proposed by Keith Rawlings, seconded by Kevin Rixon

Senior Rugby Chairman: Jon Smith
Youth Chairman: Ross Cowie
Mini Chairman: Vacant

Operations Manager : Andy Wadling
Commercial Manager: Richard Parker
Safeguarding Officer: Jon Smith

Annual Subscriptions were agreed for 2017/18 – these will remain unchanged.
It was requested that Membership Cards should be distributed more widely especially to the Senior section.

6. Nominations for Life Membership: Steve Whiteman proposed by Colin Perkins and seconded by Keith Rawlings

7. Chairman: Karl O'Brien addressed the meeting about the proposed move of the Club, distributed some plans and answered questions.

8. AOB:
Kevin Rixon raised his concern about the state of the Colts' shirts and Jon Smith assured him this would be addressed.
Keith Rawlings raised a question about the availability of Executive Committee meetings' minutes and it was agreed that these would be available on request. It was also decided that the constitution might need updating in order to avoid any ambiguity.
It was agreed that we needed to recruit a new Membership Secretary as Jon Smith needed to rescind this responsibility.
