35 volunteers gathered to give our clubhouse some much needed love

Last weekend saw the return of Natwest RugbyForce where 35 volunteers from across the club joined together to help spruce up our much loved clubhouse.

Over the two days the large changing room received a new coat of paint and and thorough deep clean reading for the start of pre-season as well as the front of the club house being repainted and cleaned. The ladies' bathroom was fitted with brand new toilets, the kitchen was completely cleared out, cleaned and refitted. The bar also had new shelves fitted.

Thanks to C G Softwoods, Travis Perkins and Plumb Centre for materials, Gary Wright plus special thanks to Iain Jack and Dave Salmon for sorting out all the plumbing.

Thank you to all the volunteers who helped out over the weekend and to Steve Humble for organising the weekend alongside Steve Goodridge and Steve Whiteman.

The work is not finished yet, we still have to build the new BBQ shelter and finish the block paving in the car park which will be done in August so if you're able to give us a hand we'd be very grateful!

You can see the photos from the weekend here.
